Check the Test Events box

In the Snapchat events manager, click on the Test Events button, then select your pixel.

Before you see events appear here, check the Test Events box in your Snapchat Conversion API tag.

It's not recommended to keep the Test Events checkbox ticked in the Snapchat Conversion API tag in production environment. Remember to uncheck it before publishing your server container.
